About the Role
We’re seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to develop and implement our social media strategy. You’ll build our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive brand awareness across platforms.
Responsibilities
– Develop and execute social media strategy aligned with business goals
– Create engaging content for multiple platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
– Monitor social metrics and optimize performance
– Stay updated on social media trends and best practices
– Respond to comments and messages
– Collaborate with marketing team on campaigns
-Create shareable content appropriate for specific platforms to drive traffic and customer engagement
Requirements
– 3+ years experience in social media management
– Demonstrated success growing brand presence across platforms
– Excellent written communication skills
– Experience with social media analytics tools
– Knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite)
– Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles
– Ability to adapt voice for different platforms and audiences
Preferred Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
– Experience with paid social advertising
– Basic photography and video editing skills
– Experience with social listening tools
– Community management experience
